Rachael Hodgson – Owner, Director, Hair stylist and Colourist

Meet Rachael Hodgson, the talented director of Hair @ Wentworth. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Rachael has been a vital part of the team since the salon’s opening in August 2013. Her journey began at Renee Coppin International Hair and Beauty in Sydney’s prestigious Shangri-la hotel, where she honed her skills and passion for hairstyling. She has studied with Sharon Blain, and other well known hair stylists and is our hair-up and bridal specialist. Rachael has styled the hair of royalty, Hollywood stars, politicians, international and national celebrities and our VIP local clientèle.
Rachael’s dedication and expertise shine through in every haircut, colour, and style she creates, making her a trusted name in the world of hairdressing.

Graham Coldicott -Owner, Director & Cutting Guru

Graham is a classically trained haircutter with over 40 years of experience initially training in London’s Knightsbridge then with Vidal Sassoon for haircutting. After travelling and working in many countries, he settled in Sydney and opened Chameleon Salon in King Street, Sydney. Over the years Graham has participated in photoshoots combining his passion for photography and hair styling.

In 2013 Graham started Hair @ Wentworth in the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel and his current business partner is Rachael Hodgson.
Graham specializes in classic haircuts with a modern twist.

Natalie Treloar – Manager, Hair Stylist and Colourist

With more than 30 years experience in all forms of hairdressing. Natalie started her career in Adelaide working in busy city salons and completed numerous cutting and colouring courses. She moved to Sydney in 1994 and started working with Renee Coppin in 1997 and is our “go-to” person for all colour consultations. Her work includes on photo shoots, competition styling, back stage at fashion shows, hair stylist at the “Aria” and “Deadly’s” music awards. Natalie followed Renee joining the Hair at Wentworth team and managing the salon. Natalie is a great all round hairdresser but her passion and forte would be complete hair style transformations, choppy short haircuts and adventurous colour techniques.

Maria Alexandrou – Hair Stylist and Colourist

Maria’s hairdressing career started in 2013 as an apprentice at Renee Coppin International Hair & Beauty. She continued her apprenticeship at Hair @ Wentworth when we opened the salon. After her apprenticeship Maria combined her love of travel with the expansion of her skills by freelancing around Europe and working in other salons in Sydney. She rejoined the Hair @ Wentworth team in 2023 after returning from a European working holiday. Maria is an all-round senior stylist with a love for colour, cutting, long hair styling, keratins as well as excelling at formal styling and wedding hairstyling.
Maria’s creative flair ensures the client leaves the salon with a glow and supreme sophisticated hairstyle.

Ana Zuly O’Keefe – Hair Stylist and Colourist

When experience counts, Ana Zuly O’Keefe is considered by her clients as the best men’s hairdressers in the Sydney CBD. She was a renowned men’s hairdresser at Detail for Men, honed her skills through the best training available. Her experience in catering to an exceptionally upscale clientele has made her a master in her craft. Ana Zuly O’Keefe is a highly trained hair technician who will consult, educate and recommend the right product for each client’s needs.
Ana’s experience includes photo shoots and competitions such as American Crew Face Off magazine.

Katie Martelozzo – Colour Guru

Katie our colourist extraordinaire has worked as a colourist in some of the best salons in Sydney and internationally for over 30 years. She began her career at Skeppers Hairdressing which led her to complete a colour class at world renowned Daniel Gavin Salon, London. Recently from the salon at the Intercontinental hotel Sydney, Katie joined our team on the opening of this fabulous new business in August 2013. Katie loves to create beautiful, natural looking blondes, rich brunettes and her signature – vibrant luscious reds.

Pina Serbati – Colourist

Pina has been a colour technician for the past 26 years. In her early years she worked with the “Skeppers” team for 19 years. There she studied the chemical side of hairdressing which has now become her passion. The “Skeppers” team moved to the Intercontinental Hotel Sydney and joined the Sebastian Salon where she worked as the head colour technician for 7 years. Pina joined Hair @ Wentworth in July 2015 and works as a colour technician on Tuesdays. Her motto “Although I love all aspects of colour I specialise in highlighting and especially blondes. I live my life in full colour and express myself through it”.

Tiago Ronones – Makeup Artist

Brazilian born Tiago Ronones has been working as a makeup artist since 2010. Following his training and working freelance, he was discovered by the team at the largest Brazilian TV channel, TV Globo. In between his busy schedule on set, Tiago’s talent was high-in-demand for work with photographic studios, theatre companies, fashion shows, weddings and more.

Since moving to Sydney in late 2016 and providing private makeup services, Tiago’s talent has already been recognised, having been invited to work for music videos, TV commercials, product launches and department stores Myers and David Jones. He formed a partnership with the team at Hair @ Wentworth, where our clients will share in the opportunity to benefit from the skills of this talented professional.
